Don't know any all inclusive resorts that cater to children. They tend to cater more to young couples on a honeymoon or just a romantic vacation.
We like the Atlantis Resort Hotel on Paradise Island...They offer the most activities for the kids. Go to their website http://www.atlantis.com/kids/aka.aspx and check it out. This place is a mini Disney Park with lots to do for adults and children to enjoy.They don't offer all inclusive plans...but they do offer package deals...free
nights, kids stay free, companion air fare, etc...This is a place where
